PTC-I type blow capture instrument is a fully automatic blow capture instrument with an electronic cold trap: using helium/nitrogen as the blow gas, it is introduced into the sample solution for bubbling; Under continuous airflow blowing, volatile components in the sample escape with the blowing gas and are concentrated by a capture device equipped with an adsorbent; After a certain blowing time, turn off the blowing gas, switch the six way valve to connect the capture tube to the carrier gas path of the GC, and quickly heat the capture tube to decompose and absorb the captured sample group before entering the GC for analysis with the carrier gas. By combining with GC or GC/MS, it can be widely applied in environmental analysis, such as the analysis of organic pollutants in drinking water or wastewater, as well as the analysis of volatile compounds (such as odor components) in food.

main features
Strong universal performance: can be used in combination with any brand of gas chromatograph (GC) and (GC-MS);
Easy to operate, convenient to use, fully controlled by software, high degree of automation: simply place the sample tube into the thermal desorption instrument, and all operations and controls are completed by the control software, resulting in good sample repeatability; The large touch LCD panel design in the host can track temperature and operation commands throughout the process.
The cold trap adopts semiconductor refrigeration+air cooling, with a relatively low cooling temperature of up to -30 ℃ (at room temperature of 20 ℃), meeting most low-temperature enrichment needs.
The temperature rise of the capture trap is achieved through direct resistance heating, with a heating rate greater than 1800 ℃/min.
Built in foam sensor can detect the foam in the purging pipe to prevent the way of polluting the sample and protect the entire analysis system.
Capture trap and blowback tube for gas separation, reducing cross contamination between samples. In the blowback cycle, the compounds blown out from the trap will not flow into the purge tube.
The water trap removes water vapor at the blowing end, greatly reducing the impact of water vapor on GC and GC/MS.
All pipelines and six way valves are temperature controlled for heating, and the system is cooled down to reduce sample loss.
Provide a synchronization interface that allows for simultaneous activation of chromatography and workstation during sample injection
